This is one of the best baby products I bought for my son.He hates tummy time but this playmat has made tummy time fun.At first He didn’t like it so we kept it away for few weeks and then reintroduced it with lots of new toys to entertain in front of him.Now he can tolerate tummy time for as long as 15 minutes every diaper change.Happy mumma and happy baby.Highly recommend it.Give it a try and your baby will love tummy time like never before.

I bought this because my daughter HATED tummy time so I thought this might help her to enjoy it a little better. As soon as it got delivered I tried it out and she didn’t even cry when I placed her on her tummy! I used the wedge to go under her chest and it really seems to make a big difference having that support. Also she loves looking at herself in the mirror.

My grandson was just not enjoying tummy time so we ordered this in hopes it might change his outlook on the situation. While I can't say it was life - altering for him, (lol, he really HATED tummy time for quite awhile, poor guy) I CAN say it helped. The ability to prop under his upper body seemed to relax him quite abit and now that he's a little older he is enjoying the toys and mirror. I also purchased a larger mirror that I sit alongside this which he really likes. This is a well - made item and is fairly priced. The material is comfortable and soft for his sensitive skin. It also cleans easily. This would be a nice shower gift or new mom gift. I looked at MANY similar items before purchasing and believe this one was the best value of all I compared. It is cute enough we might put it on the wall for decoration once he outgrows the need for tummy time, or it is definitely durable enough to be able to pass down to one of his little cousins that are now coming along fast and furiously. Lucky me!

My daughter hates tummy time. Absolutely, positively hates it. Instead of doing anything tummy time was intended for, she would just lay flat, freeze, and cry which (a) completely defeats the purpose of tummy time and (b) just made her miserable without any benefit. I won't throw on the hyperbole and say she loves tummy time now but she certainly tolerates it a lot more with this product. She's a little more patient now that she's propped up, she reaches for the toys (whereas you could put a toy right in front of her before and she'd just look at it while crying), and she's more willing to move around and use her arms. Whereas a five minute session was an intolerable eternity to her before, she can go 15-20 minutes a couple of times a day without getting too perturbed.

Exactly how it was described. Great size, super soft. Lots of tabs to add other toys and such the piece that props of the Head of the mat won’t be strong enough to be propped up beyond 4-6 months I imagine but it will definitely grow with her. I recommend.

Our baby HATED tummy time and would not tolerate more than a few seconds of tummy time prior to this despite us trying all kinds of things (mirrors, high contrast books, propping with pillow under arms, putting our dog in front of her :), toys, encouragement, etc). We were getting worried as we knew how important tummy time is for proper development and meeting milestones. However, her first time on this mat she lasted 5 minutes and soon worked her way up to 15 minutes and now at 5 months loves tummy time and is already starting to crawl. I think the pillow greatly helped her feel less vulnerable since her face was no longer flat on the floor and I would also add a larger mirror which she loved! Great product and held up well despite being made of part cardboard. You do need to keep shifting baby forward or else our little one would rest her head on the pillow which somewhat defeats tummy time

Oh, I love the bear! It got our little girl endure tummy time. She actually enjoys it for a few minutes each time! And the whole mat is the cutest design. Sadly, the prop pillow is not machine washable, but the mat itself is. The toys on it are nice too (hand wash only).

Save your money, forego the $70+ activity gym and get this instead. Truly one of the best baby products I've purchased. It's designed especially for tummy time which most babies merely tolerate if not outright hate. I love the pillow which elevates their upper body enough to help them engage with the toys. And it comes with several rings for attaching the included mirror, soft rubber teether, round rattle and plush toy with crinkle paper. I love that the mat has the ability to be tented so my baby can look into the mirror easily. Plus the mat is machine washable! They recommend to only spot clean the pillow but I've thrown that into the wash, too, and it was fine. I can't recommend this product enough!

Our five month old daughter hates tummy time but this definitely helps make it a little easier for her. The pillow that comes with it is perfect to help prop her up. There are a bunch of different toys and loops so you can move them around to keep things interesting.

My 3 month old HATED tummy time and I was worried that she would be behind in developing neck strength because after about 2 minuets she would start screaming and trying to get up in her knees instead of lifting her head. Her fits let to horrible rug burn on her little toes which were so raw that they bled. The little pillow positioned her to where she was on her chest and would lift her neck and head and look around instead of trying to get to automatically get her knees up under her. In a matter of a week or so, her neck is much stronger and she is starting to roll from tummy to back. I highly recommend this mat, especially if your baby hates tummy time.
