I'm pretty sure you're referring to the extreme left here and I'm also sure you don't know what liberalism entails. It stands for freedom, which is a subjective term often approached with an objective narrative within a period of time based on a certain location. How one person sees as freedom is different from the ideology of another person. There's left wing liberalism, right wing liberals, progressive liberals, conservative liberals, socialist liberals, etc. Don't go by American definitions to debate global politics. And there's not much wrong with the left or right. It's the extreme camps among those two that becomes a social disease.
